The Junior Suite with Ocean View was perfect for relaxation after a long day at the beach, and having a butler attend to our needs made the experience feel luxurious.

The service at some of the restaurants, notably Gondola, was very slow—over an hour from ordering to receiving our food, which was frustrating.

Solo travelers looking for a solid stay

The gym was excellent, couldn't believe how well-equipped it was, and trust me, I know my way around a good workout. Butler service was on point, my butler Jose made sure I had everything I needed, even left a case of water without me asking, that's some real service people should aim for.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given what I experienced, I’d say it was still acceptable.

Despite challenges like beach cleanliness, a staff member's dedication stood out when he tirelessly searched for my lost magazine. The ambiance was perfect for solo exploration, and I appreciated the cozy Junior Suite with Garden View. Tip, Visit the Gondola restaurant for a warm, inviting atmosphere.

I enjoyed the cozy Junior Suite with Garden View, but the cold showers were disappointing.

Staying at this resort was a refreshing experience! The beautiful pools and beach provided plenty of space for my family and our 5 teenagers to enjoy. We especially loved the kids' club activities that kept everyone entertained and happy during our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, more shade by the pools would be great.

Recommend it for families & couples

This resort was really something special! The services were great, especially from my butler Jose. The beach was beautiful, but what really caught my attention was the amazing live music being played throughout the day, it was like they knew how to make things feel alive!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but given the overall quality, it still felt worth it.

I had a great time! The Unique club buffet had diverse offerings and the gym was top-notch, but the food sometimes came out cold, which was disappointing.

The pools and beachfront were fine. I enjoyed amazing food, including filet mignon and fresh smoothies. Butler service exceeded expectations. The ambiance with live music was fantastic. It felt like a luxury experience.

The Junior Suite with Garden View was super comfy and clean. The bed was like a cloud, and I really liked the spacious layout. The maid service did a great job, leaving extra towels and water. Not too much noise from the hall, so I slept well. Everything felt brand new and fresh, which I appreciated a lot. Really felt like a nice spot to come back to after a busy day at the resort.
